We're now looking for a business-driven and operational Operations & Business Manager who wants to help develop our staffing operations in Mälardalen, with a focus on growth, leadership, and results. About the Role As Operations & Business Manager with us, you are responsible for ensuring that our delivery to the customer functions in practice. A central part of the role is to build, develop, and lead strong teams, as well-functioning teams are the foundation for stable delivery and good results. The work takes place close to both the customer and employees where you ensure that staffing, quality, and productivity are at the right level through present leadership and clear follow-up. A large part of the work takes place at our customers' operations, where you lead day-to-day, follow up on how the work functions in practice, and act quickly when something needs adjustment. The role is operational and means that you yourself are close to operations and a natural part of the business. You will have Operations Support to assist you in administrative parts such as bookings, time reporting, and follow-up, as well as a Talent Sourcer who is responsible for attracting and filling the right competencies for your teams. This gives you the conditions to focus on the business, leadership, and development in the region. In parallel with the operational responsibility, you drive the development of our staffing operations in Mälardalen, with a clear focus on Eskilstuna and surrounding areas where you will also be based. This means you actively work to develop both new and existing customer relationships within staffing solutions, while leading the daily work and developing the internal team in the region. You are responsible for leading the work forward and setting structure and working methods that create clarity and direction over time. The role also involves an active responsibility for the staffing business. You drive the sale of staffing services, identify new business opportunities, and develop existing collaborations, with a focus on growth in the region. Operational presence is combined with business acumen, with a clear focus on developing teams, delivery, and business over time. Your areas of responsibility: • Drive and develop the staffing business in Mälardalen, with a focus on Eskilstuna and surrounding areas • Identify new business opportunities and establish new customer relationships in the region • Develop and maintain existing customer collaborations over time • Build, develop, and lead teams at the customer with a focus on engagement, stability, and performance • Ensure that delivery to the customer functions according to set goals related to quality, productivity, and staffing • Follow up and develop delivery based on KPIs at both individual and team level and drive improvements • Lead and develop the internal team in Mälardalen • Act quickly on deviations and drive measures together with the customer and internal functions • Independently plan, prioritize, and drive your work to achieve set goals Who Are You? You have experience from the staffing industry in a similar role with experience from the warehouse and logistics industry. Above all, you are comfortable in a role with both personnel and business responsibility and have a good understanding of what it takes to get both staffing operations and delivery to function over time. Your leadership is present and is based on the insight that strong teams create good results. You have experience building teams that perform and act when something isn't working. The role requires a combination of operational leadership, business acumen, and follow-up. You work structurally, prioritize correctly, and drive your work forward with a focus on both growth and results. As a person, you are solution-oriented and unpretentious, but also clear when needed. You build trust through presence, availability, and consistency in your actions, and handle multiple contact points in parallel with confidence in dialogue with both customers and employees. You are comfortable both developing people and driving business, and take responsibility for creating results even when conditions change. Your Background You have experience from staffing operations in warehouse and logistics, and experience in sales and business development is meritorious. In your leadership, you are confident and used to working operationally, where presence, clarity, and follow-up are crucial for getting the operations to function. You have experience creating structure, setting expectations, and following up on performance at both individual and team level. You communicate freely in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good system proficiency. A B driver's license is required and experience with Intelliplan is meritorious.
