The Leadership main assignment consists of centrally gathered functions within finance, HR, communication, customer service, and digitalization. With specialist expertise and a holistic perspective, we coordinate, develop, and drive municipality-wide processes and projects. As an Onsite Technician, you are part of the Digitalization Unit and report to the Digitalization Manager. The Digitalization Unit works across the municipality to lead, support, and coordinate Ängelholm Municipality's digital transformation. The Digitalization Unit is also responsible for operation and management of the municipality's IT environment and infrastructure. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As an Onsite Technician, you are the municipality's local IT resource in the operations. You work closely with users and are responsible for ensuring a functioning and modern digital workplace. The role involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues in the Digitalization Unit. Your work tasks include, among other things: • Troubleshooting and on-site support within the municipality's IT environment • Installation, configuration, and lifecycle management of computers, mobile phones, tablets, and peripherals • Management of client replacements, new installations, and workplace changes • Support and maintenance of meeting room technology, AV equipment, and digital workplaces • Account management and administration in the municipality's IT systems • Collaboration with operations to identify needs and improve user experience • Documentation of solutions, procedures, and technical changes • Collaboration with service desk, technical specialists, and external suppliers to resolve more complex cases QUALIFICATIONS You have a strong interest in technology and thrive in a role where you combine technical problem-solving with daily contact with users. You are service-oriented, responsive, and have the ability to build trust while working in a structured and methodical manner. As a person, you are responsible, proactive, and adapt easily to changing needs. You are driven by helping others and see the value in delivering high quality and good service. To succeed in the role, you need good collaboration skills, be solution-oriented, and be able to prioritize your work effectively. We are looking for someone who: • Is service-oriented, communicative, and comfortable with user-facing IT support • Has experience working as an Onsite Technician, IT Technician, or similar role • Has knowledge of client management in Windows environments and modern workplace solutions • Has experience with installation, troubleshooting, and support of computers, mobile devices, and peripherals • Is thorough, structured, and accustomed to planning and prioritizing your work • Has experience with ticket management systems and documentation • Enjoys working both independently and together with others It is a merit if you have: • Experience working in municipal or public sector operations • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune • Experience with client deployment and automated device management • Knowledge in networking, printer solutions, and IT security • Experience with AV and meeting room technology You communicate fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing. A class B driver's license is required as the work involves travel between the municipality's different operations. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent.
