On behalf of our client, we are seeking a service-oriented Onsite Support Technician who wants to contribute to a stable and well-functioning IT environment. The role is based in Huskvarna/Jönköping and requires full-time physical presence at the office.
About the Role
You will provide qualified IT support to users on-site and be responsible for client-facing IT equipment as well as shared environments such as conference rooms. The role includes:
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents on-site
- Installing and delivering computers, phones, and other IT equipment
- Managing VIP support and prioritized cases
- Providing support for printers and conference rooms
- Documenting cases and updating the knowledge base
- Contributing to major outages and security-related incidents
- Ensuring high quality in local IT support
We are Looking For You With
- Relevant experience in IT support and onsite support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for client-facing IT issues
- Experience with documentation and case management
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
Experience from larger organizations and complex IT environments is a plus.
As a person, you are service-oriented, pedagogical, and solution-focused. You work independently, take initiative, and enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge with others.
The assignment requires passed security clearance and may in certain cases involve specific citizenship requirements.
