On-site Technician in Jönköping

As an on-site technician, you are a vital member of the local on-site support team and work closely with end users. You ensure that the IT environment runs smoothly, from computers and printers to conference rooms, and provide technical support where it is truly needed. The work takes place on-site at the customer's office in the Jönköping area, and therefore a valid driver's license (category B) and flexibility to travel within Västra Götaland is required. What We Offer • A secure employment from day one • Opportunity to develop technically in a role where no two days are the same • Work in an inclusive team where knowledge sharing and collegial support are essential • Be part of a company with a strong social mission, where you make a concrete difference Key Responsibilities • Provide on-site technical support to users with printers, conference rooms, computers, and related equipment • Install and deliver computers, phones, and accessories • Document cases and create user-friendly instructions • Conduct systematic troubleshooting and respond to operational disruptions • Assist colleagues and end users with technical expertise – with a particular focus on service and accessibility Your Profile We are looking for you who: • Have completed upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus • Hold a valid driver's license (category B) • Speak and write fluent Swedish and English • Have experience with IT support/on-site support and documentation in case management systems • Have experience from larger organizations with complex IT environments You are curious, engaged, and thrive in a role where you help others succeed in their daily work. It is important to you that you both create structure and remain flexible when the situation requires it. This position requires that you pass a security vetting in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The role requires that you are approved according to applicable security protection regulations.
