The approved services are individually adapted based on the user's needs and abilities. The work includes acting as a contact person/primary caregiver. Establish implementation plans, plan, and follow up on services together with the user. Your Knowledge and Experience It is meritorious if you have approved grades from a care and nursing program or equivalent. You must be able to provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of a protected professional title. Certificate from the criminal record register Experience with similar work is desirable. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A professional approach is essential in our operations. You are engaged and driven in your work with our users and bring commitment and competence to the work team. You are calm and confident and have the ability to plan the activities of your work shift and can quickly adapt and modify services based on changed circumstances. Responsible and flexible. Documentation is part of the work and familiarity with smartphones is necessary as the phone is one of our work tools. Class B driver's license is required as well as cycling experience. Selection and interviews may occur continuously during the application period. Access to mobile Bank ID. Working hours are daytime, evening, and every other weekend. This position is a temporary contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. You must be able to provide a certificate from the police criminal record register.
