Your Tasks We're looking for someone who, through good conduct and a professional approach, assists our elderly in their daily lives. You'll help with personal hygiene, showering, laundry, cleaning, meals, and other services. Your tasks also include documentation of measures and health status, as well as medical duties as delegated by the responsible nurse. The goal is to enable the elderly to continue living in their own homes as long as they wish. You work based on the mandate, where the client's participation is in focus. This ensures that services are performed with good quality according to support decisions and implementation plans. Work hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekends. About You We're looking for someone with strong professional competence built on maturity, responsibility, and well-developed empathetic ability. You show strong commitment to both the individual and the operations, which shows in your relationships and actions. You work independently, are flexible, and demonstrate patience and initiative in various situations. You also have a very good ability to collaborate and cooperate with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals. We place great importance on personal suitability. Requirements Experience working in home care or residential care facilities Experience with medication delegation Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written, so you can communicate with clients, relatives, and colleagues, write and access care documentation, and receive medication delegation Class B driver's license Meritorious Education as a nursing assistant or care aide Heavy lifting occurs; moving aids must be used.
