Your Role As one of two care coordination nurses at Ginstgården, you will have a central role in nursing care and in creating a safe and functioning daily life for our residents. You will follow the residents' needs over time and shape nursing interventions together with colleagues, residents, and family members. In your role, you will: Participate in nursing care responsibility for residents Plan, implement, and follow up on health and medical care interventions Guidance and support nursing assistants in daily work Document in journal systems and ensure good information transfer Develop work in Senior alert, BPSD registry, and Palliative registry Who We Seek We are looking for you—a registered nurse who wants to contribute to care where residents feel both security and participation. At Ginstgården, you will meet elderly individuals with cognitive illness, where approach, continuity, and small changes in well-being are of great importance. In this role, you need to be attentive and able to see what is needed, both in care and in the team. You are confident in your profession, can make decisions, and have a natural ability to guide and support your colleagues. Qualifications: Registration as a registered nurse Very good Swedish in speech and writing Experience working digitally with documentation and registration Meritorious: Experience in elderly care Experience in supervising nursing care work Experience in caring for individuals with cognitive illness or dementia Knowledge in acute medicine, as our residents often have multiple medical conditions Bräcke Care and Residential Facility Ginstgården Ginstgården is a residential care facility in Alingsås with 32 places for elderly individuals with dementia.
