We need a substitute to help with staffing this summer and are looking for someone who is: Humble, cheerful, positive, proactive, flexible and a bit fun-loving who enjoys working as part of a team. Our work hours vary and we're looking for someone who can work 24-hour shifts or 13-hour shifts. If you're able to step in and work awake night shifts occasionally, that's a big plus. A bit more about the workplace: Our daughter is in her 30s and lives in her own apartment here at home on our farm in Östra Göinge municipality. You need to have a car and driver's license to work for us since we live in a rural area, and you cannot be allergic to fur animals as animals are part of our daily life. Our daughter has significant disabilities and needs help with everything in her daily life. Your personality weighs more heavily than experience, and you'll receive the support you need to feel secure in your work. It's important to us that you are a thoughtful and attentive assistant, preferably a woman, who can interpret, communicate and advocate for our daughter. You need to be able to plan and structure the day so it's as good as possible for our daughter. This could range from making exercise and transfers more enjoyable, to taking a walk with the stroller in the forest, to horseback riding and trips to day activities. Personal assistant is a service profession that places great demands on personal qualities. You must be willing to take responsibility and respect personal integrity. You should be secure in yourself. Be flexible, sincere and have great patience, as well as be able to take initiative. Humor and good physical health are other valuable qualities. As a personal assistant, we expect you to be interested in and understand what good care is. Greatest importance is placed on personal suitability.
