We are growing and seeking an experienced TSL coach. Both full-time and part-time positions are of interest. Accelerera din Framtid AB is a labor market company with 20 years of experience helping people move forward. We work successfully with transition funds, the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), HR departments, and consultants for various government agencies and businesses. Accelerera operates through multiple procurements, projects and assignments, such as Omställningsfonden, TSL, TSN, and Rusta and Matcha. We are either project holders, consultants, or representatives. We want to make our mark on the Swedish labor market with our expert knowledge and our enthusiastic forward-looking perspective. Whether it's resolving unemployment, overcoming motivation challenges, or promoting wellness, we are likely an optimal partner. Services are primarily performed at our various offices in Malmö, with occasional travel possible. IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOU KNOW YOU ARE FORMALLY QUALIFIED BEFORE APPLYING FOR POSITIONS WITH US. To clarify the background requirements for the TSL coach: The coach must have at least seven years of work experience equivalent to full-time. During the past seven years, the coach must have worked at least three years equivalent to full-time as a coach with professional competence. The coach must have education in areas such as working life, organization and personnel management, study and career guidance, business economics, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy, social work, or coaching training. Have the ability to create engagement and motivation in the participant. Have the ability to develop the participant's job search competence. When needed, provide practical hands-on help to the participant. Have good knowledge of the local labor market and strong knowledge and developed networks with companies in the relevant tender area. Have the ability to support the participant in matching their competence to the local labor market's needs and review training and complementary measures needed to increase employability. Have the ability to explore thoughts about starting a business – including motivations, realistic opportunities, and challenges – and to inspire testing and developing business ideas. Have good knowledge and experience of other systems in society that may be relevant for the participant, such as local and regional Start Your Own Business support, general grants (AGB), unemployment insurance funds (A-kassa), the Swedish Public Employment Service, municipal learning centers, the Swedish Student Financing Board (CSN), the Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan), and the state wage guarantee (in case of bankruptcies). Have good knowledge of digital matching work. That is, understanding how to use digital tools, including AI-driven services, and being able to support the participant in handling the digital tools that employers use in recruitment processes.
