Now we are seeking temporary staff for our fantastic team in Alafors and Nol-Nödinge home care services. We share the same starting point and are based out of the Alafors factories. Job Duties In home care services, you perform care and service tasks according to the Social Services Act. You support and motivate individuals in their daily lives through a responsive, flexible, and professional approach with the individual's self-determination in focus. Your work includes documentation according to the Social Services Act. We work with fixed care contacts, which means that you and your colleagues are key persons in the network around the care recipient. We offer you meaningful, educational, and varied work. Working in care is about making a difference in the daily lives of people who need your support and help. Your work also includes carrying out prescriptions and delegated tasks from home health care services as well as documentation of these according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). Ale home care uses digital signing of HSL services, digital locks, and mobile documentation. Ale home care provides care between 06:30-22:00. Flexible schedule, evening shifts, and every other weekend shift. Qualifications You are welcome to have experience working in elderly care. Experience from home care services is a merit. You master the Swedish language in speech and writing and have good computer skills. You hold a B driver's license and can cycle. In your position, you will be part of a team where your ability to cooperate is as important as working independently. We are looking for you who has good interpersonal skills and attitude. You have the ability to create a sense of security and remain calm even in situations that may be perceived as stressful. Other Information We conduct language tests as part of the assessment in the hiring process. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability in the recruitment process.
