Omsorgsgruppen is now seeking a dedicated and confident support pedagogue for our group home at Fogdegatan 5–6. As a support pedagogue, you work closely with the residents and play an important role in creating structure, safety, participation, and independence based on each person's individual needs and conditions. Responsibilities Your role includes, among other things: Provide individually adapted support and care in daily life Work pedagogically to strengthen the individual's independence and participation Support with personal care and daily routines Plan and implement activities based on individual needs and wishes Work according to and follow up on implementation plans Document in accordance with applicable legislation and organizational procedures Carry out delegated health and medical care tasks Contribute to the development of work methods, structure, and pedagogical approaches in the organization Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, day activities, and other professionals Work is scheduled for day, evening, weekend, and on-call night shifts according to schedule. We Are Looking for You We prefer that you are a trained support pedagogue or have other post-secondary education that the employer considers equivalent and relevant for work within LSS. It is advantageous if you have previous experience with: Work in a group home or other LSS activity Low-arousal approach Clarifying pedagogy and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) Social documentation and implementation plans Delegated health and medical care services As a person, you are confident, responsible, attentive, and solution-oriented. You can work independently while recognizing the value of close collaboration within the work team.
