Together, we ensure that an entire community functions. 2 position(s). WORK TASKS We are looking for two new colleagues who want to work with us in home care services in western Mark! Western Mark is divided into 3 home care groups - Sätila, Hyssna, and Björketorp. You will primarily work in Sätila and Hyssna home care but may also work in Björketorp home care as we coordinate our services. In our cluster, we work together to create the best for our clients with the individual's needs at the center. As a care assistant/nursing assistant in home care services, you will: • Work closely with the individual and provide support for them in their daily life. • Perform care and support work in the homes of individuals. • Motivate and stimulate individuals based on their individual circumstances, needs, and wishes. Services are granted based on needs assessments and can vary from personal care, support with meals, assistance with social activities, and collaboration with family members. • Serve as a care contact and plan, carry out, document, and follow up care work with the person who needs support and assistance. • Perform certain delegated health and medical care tasks. We work based on the Social Services Act and the national values framework with focus on the individual's needs. The work involves providing social care and support from a health-promoting approach, which includes taking advantage of the individual's resources and looking at the healthy aspects of each care recipient. In Marks Municipality, we use flexible placement, which means you should be positive about working at other units if the need arises. Working hours include day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend service. QUALIFICATIONS You who apply must have previous experience with care and support work in elderly care. It is advantageous if you are a trained nursing assistant and have previous experience working in home care services, but this is not required for the position, though it will be prioritized. We require a driver's license as the services cover a large geographic area and we collaborate with nearby services based on flexible placement. We are looking for someone who: • Has a positive outlook and is both professional and confident in your professional role. • Has strong commitment and interest in the target group and the ability to interact with people in a professional manner. • Is calm and clear in your communication, is attentive, and can motivate clients to maintain their abilities and independence. • Adapts easily to changes and new information and to your way of working accordingly. You can work independently, make your own decisions, and plan and reprioritize work when needed. You have the ability to step back and see the broader needs of the entire operation. • Can identify your own areas for development and take responsibility for acquiring new knowledge. • Have good computer skills as documentation is an important part of our work. You must be able to communicate and express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish. If you are selected for the position, you must provide: • A valid ID document such as a passport or national ID card. • A valid driver's license • An extract from the police criminal record register.
