The Role of Area Manager Being an Area Manager at Samhall is to be at the absolute center of our operations. You lead a team of approximately 25-30 employees working on various customer projects, and your primary goal is to enable your employees to discover and develop their competence so that they can eventually leave Samhall for another employer. You do this best through close collaboration with your employees in their daily work. You get to know each individual and together you discover the employee's potential. In your daily work, you also have extensive contact with your customers and ensure that everything works as it should in our delivery. Through good relationships and expertise in the field, you develop the business and find opportunities for more jobs for Samhall's employees. Creating conditions for our employees' development and ensuring our customers are satisfied is thus the core of our mission as a company. What Do You Bring to the Role? As an Area Manager, you are operational, present and able to make decisions with high integrity. Having experience in and enjoying working in an environment characterized by a high pace and people-centered approach is a requirement. We also know that you are secure and experienced in a leadership role and have good knowledge of the tasks involved in a management position. If you also have experience with change management, you can contribute further to our work. Beyond solid knowledge, it is our values that make our leaders thrive and do good work over time. To succeed in the role, you need to have: · Leadership experience with operational, personnel and results responsibility · Experience with customer relationships with good results · Experience in facilities management is a merit · Previously worked with administration, documentation and good system knowledge · Upper secondary school diploma · Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing · Class B driver's license As more and more of our customers require security clearance, you need to be able to undergo one without obstacles.
