REGIONAL MANAGER - LAGANS BYGGNADS

Lagans Byggnads was founded in Lagan in 1964 and is a family-owned company with strong local roots. Today we have offices in Lagan, Värnamo, Halmstad, and Karlskrona. We provide everything from building services to insurance damage assessments and major construction projects, while working with a broad customer base. We are now seeking a Regional Manager for Värnamo who wants to lead the business and help develop the company further in the region. This role is part of the management team and reports directly to the CEO. About the Role As Regional Manager, you have overall responsibility for the Värnamo office and all employees in the area. You lead the business based on business plans, goals, and budgets while creating conditions for continued growth, profitability, and development. The role involves personnel responsibility, budget responsibility, and close collaboration with employees, customers, and management. You are an important representative of Lagans Byggnads in the market and actively work on developing business and relationships. You will participate in major bids, procurement processes, and business negotiations, as well as provide support to the organization on project-related matters, calculations, and operational development. Your Profile We are looking for an experienced leader with strong business drive. You likely have a background in the construction industry and a good understanding of contract work, projects, and procurement processes. If you also have a well-established network in the GGVV region, we see that as a major plus. As a person, you are communicative, trustworthy, and confident in your leadership. You have the ability to inspire engagement, help people grow, and build strong teams. At the same time, you dare to make decisions, take responsibility, and drive the business forward even when the market makes high demands. We believe you are an energizing person with good judgment, humility, and a natural ability to build long-term relationships.
