JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
What does the role involve?
You will have overall responsibility for developing procurement operations in our eastern procurement area, where we primarily oversee timber flows to our sawmills in Hjältevad, Vimmerby, and Mörlunda. We aim to be the most natural partner for both forest owners and other partners. Therefore, the focus is on business acumen, active coaching & follow-up, and communication.
You will lead an engaged team, and your role is to create the right conditions for your employees to succeed and thrive in their roles. As a Regional Manager, you will be part of Vida Skog's management group and report directly to the CEO. We see our office in Hjältevad as the appropriate location for this position.
QUALIFICATIONS
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a coaching and inspiring leader who is skilled at developing both individuals and business operations and work processes. We would appreciate it if you have a forestry background and have likely worked for a number of years in a leadership and coaching role, but are now eager for a new challenge at perhaps the most successful forest company in the country.
