G1's main tasks are to take responsibility for, drive and support the regiment forward through strategic and operational HR matters regarding organization, leadership and employeeship, and personnel and competence provision. This means attracting, developing, engaging and developing our employees.
Main Work Tasks
You will work broadly with personnel services, but your main area will be within attraction to FM where you are primarily responsible for Amf 4's personnel provision through advanced training. The main areas you are responsible for may, however, change over time and be adapted depending on your competency profile.
You will, among other things:
Coordinate schools and advanced training
Participate in/lead processes for selection and recruitment of basic officer training as well as advanced training
Be the contact person for, administer and follow up the regiment's students at FM school
Participate in the regiment's personnel provision
Participate in the planning process for upcoming operational orders from a personnel perspective
Provide consultative management support
Participate in work with instructor reinforcements and staffing assignments
Qualifications
Professional officer, at least OR 6/7 or OF 1/2
Class B driving license
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both in speech and in writing
Meritorious Qualifications
Education in and/or experience in personnel services
Good ability to work in the PRIO system
Experience with wartime placement work in FM
FM training "legal services" or equivalent knowledge

You are the regiment's foremost representative and contact person for cadets and other students at FM schools, and this places high demands on social competence, integrity and good precision in performed work. You are thorough and unpretentious, which also means that you are a good team player. You have the ability to express your opinions and are clear and communicative. You are flexible and can handle temporary peaks in workload without becoming stressed. In the selection process, great emphasis will be placed on personal characteristics.

Other Information
Employment form: Full-time 100% according to the officers' regulation with a probationary period of 6 months.
Work location: Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg.
Travel and evening/weekend service occur.
