About the Role
You are responsible for the entire quotation process—from incoming technical inquiries to completed quotation documentation. Through dialogue with customers and internal specialists, you ensure that each solution is technically optimized, feasible, and commercially competitive.
As a quotation engineer, you will, among other things:
• Analyze technical specifications and customer requirements
• Conduct technical dialogues with customers to understand application and operational conditions
• Perform thermodynamic calculations and performance analyses
• Develop quotations for standard and customer-tailored solutions
• Ensure correct costing, pricing, and technical compliance
• Work closely with Tech Sales and Design Engineering throughout the quotation process
• Contribute to improvements in working methods, tools, and processes
The position is located in Söderköping, where our production facility is also based.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and who also appreciates customer contact and commercial matters.
We believe you have:
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• At least three years of experience as a quotation engineer, applications engineer, technical sales, or similar
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, or process-related technology
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements
• Experience with costing and business-related assessments
• Strong knowledge of Swedish and English
Experience with heat exchangers, thermal systems, or process industry is a plus.
