Do you want to work strategically and help develop government dental care support? We're now seeking dental examiners for TLV.
As a dental examiner at TLV, you will further develop, quality assure, and manage the regulations governing government dental care support. The regulations affect subsidies and reference prices in dental care. You will work in a team with other dental examiners, analysts, and legal specialists.
As part of the work, you will educate and answer questions about the regulations from dental care professionals and patients. When regulations are updated, you will work with our economists to develop new reference prices. To understand the effects of the subsidy, TLV analyzes the dental care sector—work in which you will be actively involved. TLV collaborates with other authorities on various matters where you, as a dentist, will often participate.
To ensure that the regulations reflect developments in modern dentistry, it is crucial that you stay current on dental developments and oral health. Another success factor is maintaining continuous contact with external parties affected by our decisions.
We are seeking one or more dental examiners.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is a licensed dentist with at least 10 years of documented, continuous experience in clinical work within Swedish general dentistry. You have also worked on broader activities within dental care, such as education, quality issues, pricing, or matters related to dental care support.
You have broad dental knowledge, good knowledge and practical experience applying government dental care support, good knowledge of other regulations within dental care, and familiarity with the dental care market and its key players.
You have good computer skills and basic knowledge of the Office package, primarily Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
It is highly advantageous if you have long-term experience personally running a dental practice and making strategic decisions regarding costs, revenues, and pricing.
It is also advantageous to have worked in private dental practice with experience from multiple workplaces. It is also meriting if you have held a leadership role, such as clinic manager or dental director.
It is important that you have strong collaborative skills. You are organized, have good analytical ability, and can quickly grasp complex matters. You have excellent communication skills in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and can convey complex information in a clear and pedagogical manner.

Employment Terms
Permanent full-time employment in the long term, but with the possibility of part-time work (approximately 60%) during a transition period. The employment will begin with a six-month probationary period. Start date and integration to be arranged by mutual agreement.
