About the Role As a systems technician, you will be the one who takes over when issues require deeper analysis, advanced troubleshooting, or system-level actions. You will work in a broad and technically challenging environment with over 300 servers and a large number of business systems. The environment is broad and complex, which means you will often encounter new technical challenges to grow from. You will handle escalated incidents, drive upgrades, analyze errors in both application and server environments, and contribute to stable and secure operations.
