WORK DUTIES A typical workday may include tasks such as: - Assistance with personal hygiene, meals, and dressing - Mobility assistance - Medication management - Walks and other activities - Documentation of care work Our operations run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is made possible through varying schedules that may include day, evening, weekend, or night shifts. The units are located centrally in Ödeshög, except for home care services, which also operate outside the town center. Within our Care and Health Services operations, there are different types of assignments that vary depending on the area you work in. Home Care Services We provide care, health services, and support to users who need help in their own homes throughout Ödeshög. The work often requires you to have a driver's license. Specialized Residential Care for the Elderly In specialized residential care, you work on one or more of the units at Solgården. In addition to regular care units, there is also a specialized dementia unit. The work involves providing care, health services, and support to the residents at Solgården. Specialized residential facilities also have shared social areas. Personal Assistant As a personal assistant, you are the user's extended arm in their home, and you also accompany them on leisure activities. LSS Residential Care / Service Housing As a support assistant, you work at an LSS residential facility or service housing to support and motivate the user in their own apartment. QUALIFICATIONS You need to: - Be at least 18 years old - Have the desire to work with people and a genuine interest in helping others - Be able to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written - Have some digital knowledge, as much of the work is handled via computer or app - As a person, you are responsible, work well in collaboration, and are engaged in your work. You have good interpersonal skills with both users and colleagues. It is advantageous if you: - Have training in nursing care or similar - Have experience working with people in nursing care or other service professions - Have a B-class driver's license, as some areas require this We offer: - Meaningful and enjoyable work - Practical and theoretical introductory training - Varying work schedules Salary form: Hourly wage.
