JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your primary focus area will be the municipality's strategic and operational work with talent acquisition and management. You will be responsible for developing and improving HR processes related to talent acquisition and competence management, as well as planning, implementing, and monitoring the municipality's competence management plan. In this role, you will build and develop collaborations with HR colleagues, the municipality's managers, and other internal functions, as well as with external stakeholders who are important to the municipality's talent acquisition efforts. Although the position's main focus is the municipality's competence management strategy, you will, together with other HR colleagues, participate in and contribute to the development of the entire HR area. We work closely together and support each other based on operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR or another education that the employer considers equivalent, plus at least three years of experience in qualified HR work. It is a plus if you have experience from a politically governed organization. You have experience developing, improving, and streamlining comprehensive HR processes and are skilled at translating ideas and strategies into practice with good results. You work in a structured manner, drive your work forward, and have strong analytical skills that enable you to identify development needs, draw relevant conclusions, and implement them in concrete actions. As a person, you are proactive, engaged, and have a talent for creating clarity and seeing the bigger picture. You are confident in your competence and have good communication skills, both verbal and written in Swedish. You build trusting relationships and enjoy collaborating with different groups while independently driving processes and development work forward. A B-class driver's license is required for this position. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date October 1, 2026. Start date by mutual agreement.
