Job Position Description: • Management of construction projects - investment and maintenance activities • Coordination and supervision of preparation, design, and implementation of investment plans including building maintenance (civil engineering, forest roads, sidewalks, waterways, etc.) • Development of proposals and documentation for the construction investment and maintenance plan for the organization • Coordination of construction plans with building authorities (building permits, completion decisions), site handover, monitoring of work progress according to HMG standards, acceptance of completed work, verification of actual work performed, invoicing, capitalization of investments, and other administrative activities related to investments • Participation in public procurement procedures of an investment nature • Cooperation with other departments of KRNAP Administration Requirements: o Secondary or higher education in construction field (civil engineering, transportation engineering preferred) o Authorization in civil/transportation engineering - may be obtained within the shortest possible time during employment; minimum requirement - upon start, must meet requirements for authorization application submission o Minimum 5 years of experience in the field or similar position o Experience in construction supervision (TDI, TDS) of civil, transportation, or water management projects o Good knowledge of legislation - Building Act 183/2006 Sb., Public Procurement Act 134/2016 Sb., (optionally also Civil Code) o Good user knowledge of PC - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Internet search) o Knowledge and experience with KROS4 program, familiarity with construction price lists o Flexibility and ability to solve non-standard requirements, responsibility, diligence, organizational and communication skills o Moral and civic integrity o Category "B" driver's license required, active driver (frequent business travel) o Physical fitness for movement in mountainous terrain o Willingness to learn new trends We Offer: o Varied work - not only office activities but also outdoor work as part of supervision activities o Appropriate financial compensation based on length of experience and education achieved according to Appendix No. 1, Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Sb., applicable to employees listed in § 5 para. 1, as currently effective - salary grade 10 (target salary up to 45,000 Kč) o Employment contract for a fixed-term period of one year with possibility of subsequent extension for an indefinite term o Benefits of state organization employees (5 weeks vacation, meal allowance, FKSP, work clothing, etc.) Application must contain: • Reference to the selection process "investment department specialist/referent" • Name, surname, title, date and place of birth, citizenship, permanent residence address, contact address, telephone and email The application must be accompanied by: • Motivation letter • Structured curriculum vitae • Copy of highest education certificate, or copy of authorization certificate if applicable • Criminal record extract (no older than two months) Application with all attachments may be submitted in person or by mail to the organization address in an envelope marked "Selection Process - Investment Department Specialist", or sent by email to [email protected] by September 30, 2026 by 10:00 a.m. The selection process itself will take place by October 9, 2026.
