What awaits you with us? - Daily customer communication (email, phone) - Processing orders and coordinating shipments - Resolving customer inquiries and requests with a smile and expertise - Collaboration with colleagues from other teams - Maintaining order in the system – administration related to parcel shipping What do we expect from you? - High school education and strong organizational skills - Pleasant demeanor, flawless Czech, and clear communication - English at least at A2 level (basic email communication) - Attention to detail, responsibility, and determination to follow through on tasks - Knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel) - Proactive approach and willingness to learn new things - (Experience in transportation, postal, or logistics is an advantage but not required.)
