Job responsibilities: 1. Performs blasting of steel structures - Prepares the workplace, tools and equipment for painting and blasting of steel structures. - Uses carefully, maintains and cleans tools, equipment, painting and blasting devices according to the operating instructions and supervisor's instructions - Prepares coating compounds, blasting and auxiliary materials for application - Ensures painting and blasting of steel structures according to quality requirements and required productivity - Uses only approved work clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment - Ensures workplace cleaning 2. Actively approaches the development of own competencies within the scope of their work activities 3. Complies with rules in the field of occupational safety and health, fire protection, integrated management system and environmental management system, energy management system 4. Complies with group rules of conduct (Compliance principles) 5. Promotes work and product quality in accordance with quality system requirements 6. Complies with internal guidelines and company regulations 7. Complies with applicable mandatory standards 8. Performs other tasks in accordance with the agreed type of work according to supervisor's instructions.
