Requirements: Secondary technical education Minimum 2 years of experience in the field (preferred) Professional driver's license category C+E Transport psychological assessment Operation and driving of motor vehicles for road network maintenance Job Responsibilities: - Operation of microwave asphalt pavement maintenance system and pothole repair using microwave technology: work in the Králové Hradec Region (predominantly year-round), following manufacturer's professional training - Operation of motor vehicles - Pre-operation, during-operation, and post-operation inspections of vehicles and equipment - Ensuring traffic flow, traffic regulation and management during emergency response operations and road safety (BESIP) activities on Class I, II, and III roads - Maintenance work on Class I, II, and III road components and accessories - Winter road maintenance operations, including application of chemical or inert material and plowing - winter season: work in Hradec Králové (exceptionally) - On-call availability for winter road maintenance - In the area of occupational health and safety, demonstrably familiarize yourself with operating manuals for all vehicles, machinery, and equipment you operate - Responsibility for compliance with regulations, directives, and occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection principles - Responsibility for maintaining workplace order - Additional direct tasks assigned by supervisors related to the employer's activities Start Date: September 1, 2026 or by agreement We Offer: - Good support from a stable company - 5 weeks of vacation - Meal vouchers valued at 180,- Kč - Contribution for age-related products of 1,500,- Kč/month Send resumes to: [email protected].
