We are looking for a new team member for a small company specializing in porcelain surface finishing. Mahlwerck Porcelan s.r.o. is located in the industrial zone of Krupce - Nové Modlany. The company has been operating on the market for more than 15 years, making it a reliable employer. We are hiring for the position of Worker - Spray Booth Operator: - The task of this position is to apply paint to porcelain tableware using a spray gun according to customer specifications. Currently, we operate on a two-shift basis, with each shift lasting 7.5 hours. However, we cannot rule out three-shift operations in the future. - The work itself is not physically demanding, but it requires standing throughout the entire shift. - Our new colleague must have an eye for detail and a steady hand, which is important for achieving perfect results. - The compensation starts at 175 Kč gross per hour; however, after training, the colleague transitions to piece-rate pay, where earnings can be significantly higher depending on skill and speed. You can start immediately. An employment contract will be concluded for a fixed term with the possibility of renewal; the probationary period is 3 months. We look forward to meeting you.
