Description:

Operation of machining centers: types FUQ 150, FSQ 100, WHQ 13, FRFQ 300, FQSC 300. Experience and knowledge of Heidenhain control system, reading technical documentation, performing inspection measurements. For this position, the following practical skills are required: Clamping tools, blanks and workpieces and positioning them on various types of CNC machines. Modification of programs for CNC machines. Adjustment, maintenance and care of CNC machining equipment. Selection of work procedures and technological conditions and necessary tools, fixtures and materials for machining on various types of CNC machining equipment. Operation of numerically controlled machines. Familiarity with standards and technical documentation for performing machining operations on CNC machines.
