Additional Information Fixed-term employment contract for 1 year, with possibility of extension to indefinite term. Suitable for recent graduates. Job Responsibilities: - Operation of wheel loader and tractor during agricultural work - Loading, moving, and handling bulk and other materials (manure, straw bales, silage, soil, aggregate, compost, etc.) - Performing routine daily maintenance of assigned equipment, checking operating fluids and technical condition of the machine - Ensuring cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned machinery, reporting faults and cooperating with organization of repairs and equipment servicing - Compliance with technological procedures, occupational health and safety regulations (BOZP), and environmental protection principles - Cooperation with other employees in fulfilling work tasks - Fulfillment of other work tasks as instructed by supervisor We Require: - Minimum secondary vocational education with apprenticeship certificate - Category T driver's license required, Category C license advantageous - Machinery operator certificate or authorization to operate wheel loader advantageous - Independence, carefulness, reliability, and willingness to work as needed - Basic technical knowledge and ability to perform routine maintenance of assigned equipment Employee Benefits: Factory cafeteria, pension and life insurance contribution after one year, individual bonuses, annual bonuses, benefits in kind, one additional week of vacation.
