Energy Equipment Operator - Boiler Technician

This is an 8-hour shift position per week with on-call duties according to the shift schedule. Job Responsibilities: - Monitoring heat production in central steam, gas, and local hot water boiler rooms - Operating water treatment plant for boiler room, operating compressor station - Operating designated pressure and gas equipment - Monitoring steam, condensate, compressed air, drinking and utility water distribution systems - Technical and operational supervision of boiler room - Performing adjustments, assembly, and repairs of machinery and equipment - Preventive maintenance of boiler room equipment - performing fault diagnostics - Proactive approach, proposing improvements to boiler room operations Requirements: - Secondary or vocational technical education with ability to perform maintenance and repairs of machinery, steam equipment, and boiler operation (Class 4) - Medium pressure boiler operator certification, welding certificate, and forklift certificate advantageous - Time flexibility (on-call availability) We Offer: - 13th month salary - monthly bonus up to 15%, subsidized meals with choice of 4 meals for only 30Kč, commuting allowance up to 3,000Kč monthly - Pension contribution, colleague referral bonus - Annual contribution for children's sports and cultural activities of 6,000 Kč - Diverse work with modern technologies, Christmas packages, company eventsThis is an 8-hour shift position per week with on-call duties according to the shift schedule.
