Deliveries take place through projects, management and support to a complex and vital operation. IT also works extensively as a client organization since the region's IT operations are handled by an external provider. We are now looking for an object specialist who wants to take an active role in developing our new ESM platform (Enterprise Service Management). This is not a traditional management role - it is a role for someone who wants to understand the organization's needs and translate them into functioning, smart solutions. We are now recruiting two complementary roles - an object specialist and an IT specialist - who will work closely together. You will have the opportunity to step in at an early stage, together with a colleague in a similar situation, where you will jointly build up working methods, structure and development around our new platform. As an object specialist, you become the link between the organization and technology. You work closely with users, capture needs, design workflows and ensure that the platform actually creates value in daily operations. You will work in close collaboration with an IT specialist where you together will be responsible for developing and managing the platform - from organizational needs to technical solution. The roles are designed to complement each other and give you the opportunity to shape working methods, structure and priorities from the start with your colleague. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement. Location: Sundsvall, Härnösand, Sollefteå or Örnsköldsvik. Duties You will: Work with process design and development of services and workflows Capture and translate organizational needs into concrete solutions Work with forms, logic and user flows Contribute to structure around working methods, processes and information management Be involved early in the implementation - and drive development further after go-live This is a role where you don't just manage - you improve, build and develop QualificationsWe are looking for someone whoHas an academic degree in systems science and information security or equivalent competence deemed relevant Has at least three years of documented experience working with operations-near management of IT systems and IT services in complex organizations, for example region, municipality or in the private sector Has worked with system management and service management Has a good understanding of organizational processes and how IT supports them Has a category B driving license Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing It is meritorious if youHave training and knowledge in ITIL, pm3, CMDB, ITSM or ESM tools Have experience in process development or service design Have experience working close to organizations undergoing change To succeed in the role, we believe you have these personal qualitiesIndependent Collaborative skills Structured Initiative-taking Region Västernorrland With approximately 7,000 employees and over 200 professions, we at Region Västernorrland are responsible for several of the operations that are most important for residents' ability to participate in society.
