Object Specialist / System Administrator for Business-Aligned IT – Stockholm Armabe Consulting AB is seeking an experienced object specialist/system administrator for a full-time assignment with Region Stockholm. We are looking for someone with solid experience in business-aligned IT systems and who is comfortable working at the intersection of business operations, users, and technical teams. The assignment involves working with the Placement Portal, a business-aligned IT system for managing student placements in healthcare. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Handle support tickets in a ticketing system Work operationally with second-line support Manage and follow up on incidents Handle access rights management and administration Independently plan and perform system maintenance activities Conduct requirements and testing work related to system administration and development Perform acceptance and release testing Test new releases and changes Develop documentation, quick guides, and user support materials Plan and conduct training sessions Communicate with various user groups Collaborate with business units, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders Participate in projects, investigations, and ongoing improvement efforts Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this assignment, you must have: At least 5 years of experience with business-aligned IT support administration Experience from the public sector in the role of object specialist, system administrator, or equivalent business-aligned IT role Experience with business-aligned IT systems Experience with ticket management and incident management Experience independently driving system maintenance activities Experience with requirements and testing work related to system administration or development Experience with, for example, acceptance testing and/or release testing Experience planning and conducting training sessions as well as developing user support materials and documentation Experience collaborating with both business units and technical teams Desirable Experience It is particularly valuable if you have extensive experience with: Operational and regular second-line support in business-aligned IT systems with many users Requirements and testing work related to system administration or development Training, user support, and communication with different target audiences Healthcare Regional government, municipal, or other public sector organizations Systems similar in function and use to the Placement Portal We are primarily seeking someone who can demonstrate several years of concrete and documented experience in these areas. Reference Assignments For this assignment, you must be able to provide two relevant reference assignments. The references should together demonstrate experience with: Business-aligned IT systems Requirements and testing work Healthcare Public sector The reference assignments should be of comparable scope and complexity, have lasted at least 6 consecutive months, and have been completed wholly or partially within the last five years.
