Object Specialist for Cosmic

We are now seeking an Object Specialist for Cosmic within Healthcare and Health Services to Region Sörmland. The assignment involves serving as an Object Specialist for Cosmic within the Healthcare and Health Services object. Region Sörmland uses pm3 as their management and portfolio governance model. Management operations according to pm3 means continuously supporting, maintaining, further developing, and providing support to an operation (object operation). The division and delimitation of what should be managed, i.e., management objects, is governed in pm3 by operational benefit. A management object contains a combination of both operational components (e.g., procedures, user instructions, training materials, and tests) and IT components packaged as management products. In Sörmland, there are a total of ten management objects, one of which is the Healthcare and Health Services management object, where the management of the Cosmic journal system is located. As an Object Specialist within Healthcare and Health Services, you will be part of a team responsible for one or more IT components. The assignment is initially placed within Cosmic management within three designated areas: Permissions, Medication, and Order and Response, but may come to encompass other areas. Your direct manager will be the Management Product Manager (FPL) for the management product where most of your work tasks fall. Work tasks for the role include: Monitor tickets in ticket management systems, such as Topdesk. Monitor functional mailboxes and respond to questions and tickets that come in. Troubleshoot and, if necessary, report issues to the vendor or other parties. Develop new and update existing procedures and user instructions. Participate in various forums within Region Sörmland or Sussa based on IT component needs. Work on testing activities. Work on training activities. Participate in regular check-ins with the FPL. Participate in other meetings held within the Healthcare and Health Services Object. Requirements We seek someone with 4-8 years of experience in the relevant area. Healthcare background Good knowledge of the Cosmic journal system Experience working with ticket management and troubleshooting Experience developing new and updating procedures and user instructions Specific requirements: Good knowledge of the Cosmic Permissions, Cosmic Medication, and Cosmic Order and Response functional areas Experience working with training activities Experience working with testing Personal characteristics: Self-driven Communicative Analytical Good social skills Solution-oriented Driven Flexible You as a person We are Thalamus, and that means you as an employee will be a big part of Thalamus.
