Object Specialist Cosmic

Object Specialist for Cosmic Journal System We are looking for you to work as an Object Specialist for Cosmic. You will work with procedures, user instructions, training materials and tests, as well as provide support regarding system questions. Some of the areas typically included in the role concern Permissions, Medications, and Orders and Responses, but it may also include other areas. Common tasks typically include: Monitor cases in Cosmic Troubleshoot and, if necessary, report cases to the supplier or other stakeholder. Develop new and update existing procedures and user instructions. Participate in various Cosmic forums Engage in testing activities. Engage in training activities. Participate in regular alignment meetings Requirements We are looking for someone with work experience in Cosmic Healthcare background Strong knowledge of the Cosmic journal system Experience with case management and troubleshooting Experience developing new and updating procedures and user instructions Desired requirements: Strong knowledge in the Cosmic functional areas Permissions, Medications, and Orders and Responses Experience working with training activities Experience working with testing Personal qualities: Self-driven Communicative Analytical Good social skills Solution-oriented Driven Flexible Your Application Interviews are held on a rolling basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
