B2B Sales Representative for the Bohemia Region

Region you will manage: Western Bohemia, Prague, Central Bohemia, South Bohemia, Plzen, Karlovy Vary, Usti, and Liberec regions What awaits you with us Care for existing customers (eye opticians) Active acquisition of new clients Presentation of eyeglass frame collections Building long-term business relationships Collaboration on marketing and sales activities Opportunity to participate in creating your own collections Who we are looking for You have at least 2 years of sales experience (B2B is an advantage) You know how to negotiate, persuade, and build relationships You are independent, responsible, and motivated You are a team player and respect company culture You have professional and pleasant demeanor You don't mind traveling in the region You own a Class B driving license You can handle basic PC work (MS Office) It will be an advantage if you can Knowledge of optometry is an advantage, but not a requirement What we offer Fixed monthly salary + commission with no upper limit Average income after training: 80,000 CZK and more An established customer database Strong administrative support and backing of a stable company Time flexibility Participation in European trade fairs paid by the company Long-term cooperation and fair dealings Why ARDIX?
