Who We Are: We are STRONG HAND EUROPE s.r.o., a Czech-American company. As the only European branch of the American company STRONG HAND TOOLS, which develops and manufactures unique welding tables and clamping tools, we independently manage commercial, marketing, and logistics activities throughout the EU and partially beyond. We are expanding our growing team and looking for a positive colleague for the position of SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR INTERNATIONAL MARKETS. What Does a Sales Rep Do Here? We won't overcomplicate it. You'll do everything necessary to close a deal. Here, "the more, the better" applies. Don't worry - we'll explain everything in good time. Sales not only excite us but also sustain us. That's why our sales representative needs: A sales mentality with a customer focus. An initiative-taking approach, independence, reliability, and loyalty are essential. Communication and organizational skills, and English proficiency good enough to communicate well on all matters. Knowing something extra (German, French, or something else) is a nice advantage. Willingness, but even more importantly, a desire to learn. Mental resilience - sometimes it gets hectic. Since we can't do much without computers these days, computer literacy (Excel will come in handy). You'll probably need a driver's license. A standard license is fine.
