What will your job responsibilities be? - You will identify customer requirements, present solutions, sign contracts, and be responsible for the complete implementation of projects with active customers - You will stay up-to-date on current market trends - You will maintain good relationships with clients and occasionally seek out new business opportunities - You'll handle light administrative tasks (email communication with customers) and work with our information system (order management, recording customer communications) - You will collaborate with other team members and our suppliers. You're the right person if: - You can solve problems over the phone and via email, you're comfortable working with computers - You have a sales mentality, you enjoy communicating, you want to help customers, advise them, and take care of them - You are responsible, reliable, and independent - You always think about how to do each task as well as possible, you can work with a computer, and you learn new things quickly - It's an advantage to have at least basic knowledge of office technology, but if you don't have it, that's fine—we're happy to train you.
