Position: Sales Specialist Company: Aveniro s.r.o. Location: Nový Bor Our company, Aveniro s.r.o., is a traditional Czech firm specializing in the production of high-quality glass files. For the Sales Specialist position, we are looking for someone who will be a key link between customers, production, and suppliers. We are a small family business where you can see the results of your work. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a functioning team, not just a number in a large corporation. What you will do: - Communication with customers (email, phone, and in person, primarily in English) - Processing orders and passing them to production - Tracking orders and deadlines - Invoicing and ensuring shipment - Collaboration with production and suppliers - Handling complaints and gathering customer feedback - Creating marketing materials ________________________________________ What we expect from you: - Secondary or higher education (we welcome recent graduates - start date is flexible and we are happy to adapt to your availability) - Good English language skills at communication level (required) - Good PC skills (Outlook, Excel, etc.) - Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks, proactive approach - Good organizational skills - Pleasant demeanor toward customers - We welcome recent graduates - start date is flexible and we are happy to adapt to your availability ________________________________________ What we offer: - Salary 45,000 - 53,000 Kč + meal voucher allowance and other company benefits - Stable employment on a permanent full-time basis (8 hours per day) with a company with a long tradition - Interesting and creative work with real impact on company results - Small team and direct communication - Training and support upon start ________________________________________ About the position: This is not active sales, but a key role between the customer and production.
