Sales Coordinator

First contact by email or phone from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. At IMP net, we do things differently. We develop our own e-shop solutions and websites on Brave CMS, we digitalize companies and we're growing. Currently our sales representatives are two in the field, but there will be more of us soon. And so the guys can focus fully on clients, we need a partner who will keep our sales back office in perfect order and will have their backs. We're looking for someone who loves systems, isn't afraid of technology, and wants to be the key link that makes everything "run smoothly". What will you be responsible for? Your role begins where the first contact ends and ends where project implementation begins. Specifically, you will: o Master our CRM (Raynet): No lead will slip away from you. You'll create a lead and assign it to a sales rep according to our rules. o Plan and organize: You'll be the "time keeper" of our sales team. You'll manage their calendars, schedule sales meetings and online calls so everything flows logically. o Create in Canva: Following our refined templates, you'll prepare presentations or proposals that will wow clients. o Handle paperwork (online): You'll prepare contracts, monitor their signatures (all online via Raynet) and subsequently issue invoices for new projects. o Work with AI: ChatGPT and Gemini are not curse words for us. You'll use them for admin tasks and writing reference texts for our website. o Seek opportunities: Using tools like BizMachine or Merk, you'll research information for reaching out to new clients. o Care for our brand and feedback: After a successful project, you'll reach out to clients for reviews on Google or Firmy.cz. We want our satisfaction to be visible! o Communicate and inform: In collaboration with marketing, you'll prepare simple info-emails for clients about Brave CMS updates. o Manage event logistics: If we organize a workshop or client meeting, you'll oversee the organization (invitations, venue, catering). o Monitor finances and processes: In cooperation with our accountant, you'll ensure timely payments. At the same time, you'll keep our "sales handbook" up to date as we grow. o Hand off to the next team: You'll prepare materials for the project team so the implementation guys know exactly what needs to be done. What you can't do without here? o Organization and time management: You love things in order and completed. Planning comes naturally to you. o Technology drive: Working in CRM, Canva, and with AI tools should excite you. o Ear for Czech language: Spelling and writing style are your strengths - you'll be writing reference descriptions and client emails. o Independence and proactivity: You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do. You see what's needed and you get it done.
