Procurement Specialist in mechanical engineering - purchasing materials for production in required volumes, quality and deadlines, securing the best possible contractual commercial terms and prices according to current opportunities, close cooperation with commercial and technical departments, specification of material needs and requirements based on production plan, continuous and active communication with suppliers, monitoring of deadlines and contractual conditions for material deliveries, handling of complaints, issuing and checking material orders in the Helios system, continuous monitoring and tracking of material inventory balances in the warehouse, maintaining optimal stock levels, searching for and selecting new suppliers.
Requirements: good negotiation and organizational skills, suitable for graduates - we will train, knowledge of technical documentation, familiarity with production planning a plus, responsibility, reliability, ability to work actively in cooperation, independence in work performance.
