Job Responsibilities
In your role as a welder, your main tasks will consist of MIG/MAG welding, quality control, and blueprint reading—all in teamwork with your colleagues. The position is full-time and on a two-shift schedule.

We see that you have worked as a welder before and ideally have training focused on MIG/MAG welding. You are a driven person who sets and follows goals, are thorough in your work, and have a quality-conscious mindset. You have a willingness to learn and learn easily, enjoy working independently, and can be part of and help create a positive team atmosphere. It is important that you are present and curious, that you show commitment to your work, and that you work toward achieving set production goals.
To succeed in this position, you have MIG/MAG welding skills, are responsible, and are a team player with a willingness to learn and an eye for quality.
Our Recruitment Process
