Job Responsibilities In your role as a welder, your main tasks will include MIG/MAG welding, quality control, and blueprint reading, all done in teamwork with your colleagues. This is a full-time position with a two-shift schedule. What We're Looking For We see that you've worked as a welder before and ideally have training focused on MIG/MAG. You're a driven person who sets and follows goals, meticulous in your work, and quality-conscious in your approach. You have a willingness to learn and learn quickly, enjoy working independently, and are happy to be part of and help create a positive team atmosphere. It's important that you're present and curious, that you show commitment to your tasks, and that you work toward achieving production goals. To succeed in this role, you have MIG/MAG welding skills, are responsible, a team player with a willingness to learn, and you think quality.
