About Thamstorp
Nytida Thamstorp is beautifully located in Grästorp Municipality. Here there are 30 short-term places for people aged 18 and up with no upper age limit. Our residents have psychiatric challenges and often comorbidities with various types of substance use.
At Nytida Thamstorp, we work in teams consisting of residential support workers and nurses. Central to working with residents is the Implementation Plan, which we formulate together with residents based on the placing municipality's mandate. We have a holistic view of the individual and work from both strengths and resources as well as challenges and needs, with focus on creating and establishing sustainable routines in daily life regarding food, medication, exercise, sleep-wake rhythm, and meaningful activities.
As an applicant, you have experience with property maintenance, support with practical tasks and activities, experience from similar work, are handy, responsible and solution-oriented, have education in pedagogy, are thorough, responsible and self-motivated, and have good cooperation skills. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
Background check: A criminal record clearance certificate must be provided upon possible employment. As part of our occupational health and safety work, random drug testing may occur.
