We are now seeking a finance assistant at Nymölla Mill for an exciting parental leave position of approximately 18 months. Do you have basic finance knowledge? Are you skilled at invoice handling and have good system knowledge? Then this could be the position for you! We offer you a varied day-to-day role where you will be challenged in your position and given the opportunity to develop further within finance. About the Position The position encompasses a range of finance tasks including: · Handling of supplier invoices (matching, coding, reminders, etc.) · Reconciliations and investigations · Accruals · Assisting with closing procedures · Other finance-related tasks You are also expected to be helpful with questions from the organization! Who Are You? We are looking for someone with previous experience in finance tasks similar to those above and a good understanding of the entire finance chain. The role requires that you are good at organizing, planning, and structuring your work. Since the work often involves daily contact with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, we are looking for someone who is social and service-oriented. We value collaboration and good teamwork. Therefore, we are seeking someone who contributes with a positive attitude, is helpful to your colleagues, and enjoys working together to achieve common goals. Your Knowledge and Experience We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in finance or work experience deemed equivalent. You should have strong Excel skills and be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. We would like to see that you have experience working in business systems, where knowledge of SAP is advantageous. The position also requires a valid driver's license. Other Information The position is a full-time parental leave position intended to start as soon as possible and run for approximately one and a half years. Working hours are during daytime.
