About the Position: In this role, you will have a key position in ensuring operational availability and optimal maintenance for advanced military vehicle systems. You will work strategically to develop and further enhance analyses and maintenance strategies that make a real difference in system performance and operational reliability. You are responsible for defining the resources required for an efficient operations and maintenance organization—everything from spare parts, specialized tools, and technical documentation to competency needs among relevant functions. An important part of the role is also to evaluate the systems' total lifecycle costs and identify improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness over time. The work takes place in close collaboration with design departments, R&M experts, and technical documentation teams. Together you will create long-term, sustainable, and technically well-developed solutions that strengthen system performance and maintainability. We are looking for you who: Have a post-secondary technical education, such as YH, higher technical diploma, or civil engineer degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar technical field. Are communicative, sociable, and well-organized—you reach out to other functions, ask questions, and build relationships. Are self-directed with the ability to take responsibility for your tasks and drive them forward in a project environment. Languages: Swedish and English are required.
