We are now seeking an engaged and experienced operations manager who wants to lead and develop our business within home care, personal assistance, respite care, and housing support. As operations manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and related areas. You will serve as a leader for the entire business and have overall responsibility for quality, finances, and personnel. Your role is central to ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support, while you drive the development of the business forward. Your areas of responsibility Leadership and development of operations within home care, personal assistance, respite care, and housing support. Personnel responsibility and team development, with a focus on strengthening the group and creating a good work environment. Coordination and collaboration with staff to ensure high quality and efficiency. Financial responsibility, budgeting, and follow-up. Continuity and customer focus in all aspects of the business. Collaboration with customers, family members, and external partners to create the best possible solutions.
