MOSSEBOGATAN 1, VALDEMARSVIK, Sweden
Would you like to work in a varied workshop role where you get the opportunity to develop your skills in both CNC machining and welding? Flexmac is now seeking a curious and responsible team member for our operations in Valdemarsvik. About Flexmac Flexmac Industri AB is an established machine shop that has been operating in Valdemarsvik since 1984. With extensive experience, solid technical expertise, and modern machinery, we are a versatile contract manufacturer and a reliable supplier to several leading Swedish companies. We offer services in turning, milling, welding, and assembly. At our company, experienced CNC operators and certified welders work together to solve our customers' production challenges. We are a smaller company with close collaboration, short decision-making paths, and great opportunities for our employees to develop. Our Work Culture At Flexmac, we want a workplace where people thrive, take responsibility, and help each other. We are friendly and respectful toward one another and believe that the team comes first. When someone needs help, we step up – together we get the job done. We are engaged in our work and curious about learning new things. At the same time, we value order and organization, punctuality, and doing a good job during work hours. When there is time available, we help a colleague or see what else needs to be done. Because we are a smaller company, we also need to be flexible. Work tasks can vary, and everyone contributes where needed. For us, a good work culture is about professional pride, responsibility, and community – and about succeeding best when we work as a team. Your primary competence can be in either CNC machining or welding. If you have experience in both areas, that is a plus, but not a requirement. For us, your attitude, curiosity, and willingness to develop are at least as important. To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be: Thorough and quality-conscious Responsible and reliable Curious and development-oriented Solution-focused and self-initiating Collaborative and unpretentious Concerned with maintaining good work pace and delivering on time You will receive an introduction when you start with us.
