We are now looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Hall Attendant / Customer Reception professional who wants to help create the market's best customer experience. About the Role As a Hall Attendant / Customer Reception specialist, you are the face of our company and the first person our customers meet when they visit us. You play a crucial role in making a positive first impression by welcoming customers, directing them to the right person, and ensuring they feel seen and well taken care of from the very first moment. You enjoy meeting people, have a natural service mindset, and like working in an environment where no two days are the same and the pace is high. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and receive customers in the car hall • Be the first point of contact for visitors and incoming phone calls • Direct customers to the right salesperson or department • Schedule meetings and assist with basic administrative tasks • Ensure customer areas, reception, and car hall maintain high standards • Support the sales and administration team as needed • Contribute to a professional, welcoming, and pleasant environment • Actively work to create a top-class customer experience What We're Looking For • You are positive, social, and service-oriented • You naturally connect with people • You are responsible, organized, and self-motivated • You have strong communication skills • You thrive in a fast-paced environment • You have good computer skills • You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written • You have a valid driver's license (category B) Experience in reception, customer service, retail, or similar service roles is a plus.
