On behalf of municipalities in Southern Norway, we are recruiting qualified nurses for permanent full-time positions in municipal healthcare services. Depending on your experience and interests, you may work in a nursing home, GP practice or public health clinic. These positions offer a varied workday, close patient contact and the opportunity to develop your skills as part of an experienced healthcare team. Your responsibilities Nursing duties in a nursing home, GP practice or public health clinic Medication management, clinical observation and professional documentation Collaboration with patients' relatives and external partners Interdisciplinary work with doctors, therapists and other healthcare staff Contributing to quality improvement and development of local healthcare services We are looking for nurses who: Hold a valid license as a nurse from an EU/EEA country Are motivated to obtain Norwegian authorisation (we assist with the process) Speak fluent English and are highly motivated to learn Norwegian Are willing to complete our free Norwegian language course Work independently and in a structured manner Enjoys teamwork and has genuine compassion for patients Is flexible and able to adapt to different work situations Holds a driver's license (preferred) We offer: A full-time permanent position in the Norwegian public healthcare system Competitive salary and working conditions A supportive work environment that values cooperation and professional confidence Opportunities for further development and specialization Free online Norwegian language course with a private teacher Relocation assistance and help with housing Personal follow-up throughout the recruitment and relocation process Life in Vest-Agder Southern Norway is known for its coastline, mild climate and relaxed way of life.
