Villagatan is an LSS residential facility with five apartments for individuals receiving care services. The operation is staffed 24/7 and is characterized by support based on each individual's needs, self-determination, and participation. The residence is centrally located in Ljungby, which provides excellent access to community services and various activities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Within Care for Persons with Disabilities (OF), we work with services according to the LSS Act. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with experience working in LSS operations. You need to have a good understanding of the LSS Act and its intentions and can apply this when meeting with persons who have the right to support to live a life on their own terms. We would like to see that you also have knowledge of low-arousal approaches. To work with us, you need to be a reliable person with a calm, empathetic, and pedagogical work approach. You are responsible with good capacity for co-leadership. You need to be flexible and prepared to work in different operations as needed. Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing, is a requirement. Experience with systems such as Treserva, TimeCare, and Teams is a merit.
