You lead the team during service, ensure the highest quality in every guest interaction and create structure and flow from booking to final impression. Have experience from the restaurant industry Have worked with à la carte, events, conference dinners and weddings Preferably have had a management role in a restaurant Thrive in fast-paced environments and work in a structured way Have natural leadership skills and motivate your team Are flexible and can work days, evenings and weekends Like to stay ahead of the curve You are responsible for...
